Tinnitus Connect

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Tinnitus Connect. By using our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

 1.⁠ ⁠Scope of Services

Tinnitus Connect provides consultation support, educational resources, tinnitus management guidance, and related professional services. All services are intended for educational and supportive purposes and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment by a licensed physician.

 2.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Tinnitus Connect for services, the client agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any alternative terms proposed by the client shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by Tinnitus Connect.

 3.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

Invoices issued by Tinnitus Connect are payable within 21 working days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in writing.

If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Tinnitus Connect reserves the right to:

Charge a reasonable late payment interest where legally applicable.

Suspend ongoing services until outstanding payments are cleared.

 4.⁠ ⁠Service Delivery

Tinnitus Connect will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within agreed timelines and maintain professional standards. However, timelines may vary depending on operational or clinical circumstances.

Tinnitus Connect does not guarantee specific medical outcomes, as tinnitus management results may vary between individuals.

 5.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information regarding hearing status or medical history when requested.

Following professional recommendations where applicable.

Ensuring timely communication regarding appointments, consultations, or service requirements.

 6.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

Tinnitus Connect provides services based on current professional knowledge and accepted clinical practices. However, the organization shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or information.

Clients are encouraged to seek medical evaluation from qualified healthcare professionals where necessary.

 7.⁠ ⁠Complaints and Claims

Any concerns regarding services must be communicated to Tinnitus Connect within 7 days of the service delivery via written communication or email to the official contact address.

Tinnitus Connect will make reasonable efforts to review and address such concerns.

 8.⁠ ⁠Taxes and Regulatory Compliance

Clients are responsible for complying with any applicable local tax regulations or statutory requirements related to payments. Any statutory deductions required by law shall be handled in accordance with applicable Indian regulations.

 9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

All contractual relationships with Tinnitus Connect shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.

10.⁠ ⁠Amendments

Tinnitus Connect reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published through official communication channels or on the website.
